Refund policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.  Items must be clean, unused, and undamaged. Sale items are not eligible for return. 

Saddles must be returned in the condition in which they were received.  Saddles must be shipped back to The Tack Box Inc within 7 days of customer receipt.  Please contact us with any questions at 540-687-3231.
