If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund on your credit card of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect The Tack Box, Inc. will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 540-687-3231 for any manufacturing defects.
For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged or lost shipments. In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you please contact us for return instructions. Please contact the carrier (UPS etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
In order for you return to be processed in a timely manner please include:
- a copy of your sales slip or invoice;
