The Dr. Bristol mouthpiece has two joints with a flat central link, but longer and more rectangular in shape than a French link. It is also usually set at a slight angle to the plane of the bit. This bit puts pressure on the tongue, bars and lips. Each side of the bit is perfectly balanced to assure total comfort and response.
